We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The newly-refurbished room was luxurious, with an enormous bed and a lovely view overlooking the marina. The staff were excellent, allowing us to check in early and even upgrading our room as a special gesture for our anniversary. The check-in staff also left a card and a small gift for us, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, very close to the town center and with easy access to transportation for exploring the Gower and doing some shopping. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. our experience was excellent.

We had a warm welcome and check out at this hotel. Our room was spacious and well stocked with tea and coffee, and the bathroom supplies were nice. The hotel provided a hairdryer and iron in all rooms. We appreciated the comfortable sitting area to watch TV from, as well as the nice-sized desk for working. The bed was on the firmer side but the pillows were excellent. The location of this hotel is great, with easy access into the city center and beautiful sea views. We also enjoyed the pleasant cooked breakfast and the good quality of the food.
