I had the most wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my partner's birthday special. The receptionist even surprised us with a lovely note and glasses of bubbly! The hotel itself was very clean and modern, with great facilities. The room was perfect - spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed, including a hair dryer and coffee machine. Despite being right next to the train station and a building site, the room was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also offers convenient parking right next to the hotel, which was great for us. The location, being opposite the railway station, made it easy to access the city center and other transport links.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right across the street from the main train station and just a short walk to restaurants and bars. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, especially the bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean design of the bedroom. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with a very clean and attractive foyer. The location was perfect for us, being just outside the station. We enjoyed the view over the station, and the hotel's proximity to bus stops made it convenient to explore the town center. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, from the friendly young man on reception who gave us advice on parking to the great barman who understood our Scottish accents. Breakfast was also lovely, adding to our overall positive experience.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be beautiful inside, clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the center of Swansea, making it easy to explore the city and also providing a convenient starting point for trips to the Brecon Beacons and along the coast. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, offering a variety of options including a lovely selection of cereals, pastries, and fresh fruit. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable bed, good shower, and amenities like TV and coffee/kettle options in the room.
