We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, with a huge bathroom and a shower. The hotel staff, especially the guys at the bar, were friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for us, as it was in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do. We were able to easily walk to the American Airlines Arena and take the free Metromover to explore other parts of the city. The hotel also had a beautiful lounge on the second level that we discovered too late. we found this hotel to be great value for money.

The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-designed bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and plenty of closet space. The location was perfect, being within walking distance to the Bayside shopping area with its bars and restaurants overlooking the port area. The staff was friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in before the designated time.

It was also a great choice for those needing to go to the Port of Miami or the cruise port for work. the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and the helpfulness of the staff.

It was also conveniently located near the metro station and major bus routes. I could easily explore different parts of this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the breakfast was delicious. The staff, especially Isabella at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made sure my stay was enjoyable and hassle-free.
