I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the hotel, it was spotless from top to bottom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful fire pit and fountains in the courtyard. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance to restaurants on Rush and shopping on Michigan Ave. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was situated in a stellar location, not too close to the center but not too far. Everything I wanted to see and do was within walking distance, including the famous Magnificent Mile and numerous bars and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The rooms were lovely and spacious, and they were kept immaculately clean throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were impressive. The minibar in the room was well-stocked, and the added touch of a lighted sink and mirror was a convenient feature. The shower head in the bathroom was fantastic, and the bathroom mirror was of high quality. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, providing recommendations for fantastic places to eat in this city and even arranging a surprise for my partner's birthday.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was the best, as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the popular area, allowing me to comfortably walk in either direction of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious luxury rooms that were perfect for my family. The Italian restaurant on the ground floor was excellent, providing delicious meals during our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with everything from flight check-in to providing recommendations based on their own experiences. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I had no issues with allergies during my stay.

I loved the spacious and bright lounge at this hotel with its glass ceiling, offering a fantastic view of the Chicago Loop skyline. The Winter Playground, which I believe is an enclosed ice-bar, was a unique and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the rooftop deck was a great spot for outdoor dining with its private glass globe spheres. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city's attractions, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The staff were extremely accommodating and made me feel welcome.
