We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room and hotel overall was impeccable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ensuring our needs were met. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything downtown as well as the lakefront. We were able to easily walk to restaurants and the Metra train station. The transportation options, including the bus stop at the corner, made getting around this city a breeze.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance to most of what we had planned. It was also close to really popular food places, which made it convenient for us to grab a bite whenever we wanted. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they even let us check in early, which was a nice bonus. The room itself was nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a couch that pulled out if needed. We also enjoyed the hot breakfast they offered, with lots of choices to take back to our room. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and transportation options were all top-notch.

The hotel is at an excellent location close to downtown, Millennium Park, and Randolph Street restaurants. It is also conveniently located near the CTA Green line Clinton Station and numerous popular food places. The breakfast was excellent and offered a good variety of options. The staff was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.

The hotel facilities were clean and organized. The location was convenient, with a bus stop at the corner for easy access to downtown. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early.

We had a great time at the hotel! It was very clean and our room was spacious. The free breakfast had a good variety of options, although there were limited choices for vegetarians/vegans. The staff was friendly and we felt like we had our privacy. The location was excellent, as it was within walking distance to downtown, Millennium Park, Randolph Street restaurants, and the lakefront. Parking was convenient and we had easy access to transportation.
