I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of this city. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They provided me with excellent directions and helped me with a car battery problem I had, getting me back on the road in just five minutes. The location of the hotel was perfect, as I was able to explore all the downtown attractions on foot. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations with delicious options.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Molly and Mallory, were wonderful - so polite and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy walking access to the waterfront restaurants and shops. It was also convenient for transportation, including whale watching trips. Additionally, the hotel had a nice lobby where I could meet others and plan our outings in the city. The staff provided great tips and recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to the waterfront, restaurants, shops, and activities in this city.
For us, the bed was uncomfortable, being too stiff and lacking a pillowtop cover on the mattress.
The staff, including the valet parking person and the young man at the front desk, were extremely helpful and pleasant.
The hotel had good coffee available 24/7 and a heated pool.
The room was great and the hotel's location was very convenient, close to the waterfront and main attractions, including nationally recognized restaurants and breweries.
