I absolutely loved the comfortable bed and how clean the rooms were. The hotel had great facilities and a dedicated parking space for guests. Its location on Congress St was perfect for exploring this city, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and provided excellent suggestions on what to do.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is charming and cozy, with a lot of character. The beds were great and the showers were wonderful. The location is excellent, close to the main streets and within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Parking was convenient and free.
All good. Wi-Fi didn't work and some requests were challenging for the staff.
We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the exceptional staff. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially loved the complimentary local wine and cocktails in the fridge. The location was ideal, just a short 10-minute walk to downtown and right across from a trendy bakery. We enjoyed exploring the specialty stores, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the area. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, with special touches like complimentary champagne, rose petals on the bed, and a handwritten note for our anniversary. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
