The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel staff, especially Mary, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including offering a late check-out and providing us with useful information. The location of the hotel was also excellent. It was conveniently situated between the harbor and downtown, making it easy to explore this city on foot. Furthermore, the hotel was close to the free shuttle stop, which allowed us to easily navigate around the area.

There was even a shuttle stop right across the street, making it convenient for getting around the city. The staff, particularly the manager, Mary, were very kind and accommodating. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities and parking area were well maintained. The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to the aquarium and public park/waterfront. Additionally, it was close to the attraction we had scheduled for the next day and the marina area, which was convenient for boarding our cruise.

I had a great stay at a hotel in this city. The location was perfect, within walking distance of several attractions like Two Lakes Park, the cruise ship harbor, and the railway station. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and made the check-in process a breeze. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, with little touches like hand sanitizer on the stairway railing and extra toiletries in the bathroom vanity. I felt safe and secure during my stay, with the hotel even providing information on evacuation routes in case of a potential tsunami. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, allowing me to drop off my luggage early and store it after checkout. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, friendly staff, and convenient location to other lodging options in this city made my stay at the hotel exceptional.
