I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were adequate. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of Resurrection Bay, shops, restaurants, and the Sea Life Center. The staff were nice and made check-in and check-out a breeze.

Not happy with the lack of carpark at this hotel.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The shuttle service to and from the train station was fantastic. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and the Sea Life Center. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early.

The room was extremely spacious, with two sink areas that were a nice touch when getting ready in the morning.
The comfortable bed and fireplace in the room added to the cozy ambiance, and the sitting area with two large chairs provided a comfortable space to relax.
The hotel's location was perfect - easily accessible and within walking distance to the park, waterfront, shops, and restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They even offered rides to people who weren't staying at the hotel but needed transportation. The receptionist was kind enough to share his hotspot with me when the hotel wifi was slow, allowing me to download important documents. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself had a unique charm with its vintage decor. I also loved the hotel's location, just a block away from shopping, restaurants, and bars. The picturesque setting next to Resurrection Bay was a bonus. this hotel provided excellent cleanliness, helpful staff, a great location, and unique decor.

I was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in several hours early when I arrived from the train station. The hotel's location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore this city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.
