The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, served in perfect portions. The pool was fabulous, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The beach was just steps away and felt private.

I had an amazing stay at this resort! The rooms were spacious and beautiful, with a stunning view from the balcony. I especially loved the relaxing bath on the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like royalty throughout my stay. The resort had fantastic facilities, with two beautiful pools and swim-up bars. The cocktails were delicious, especially during the Coco Loco hour at the main pool bar. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance, including the Serenity Club and other bars in the resort. The entertainment team, including Jarlin, Maria, and Sergio, kept me entertained with their fun activities and shows. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of food to choose from. this was one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire property was exceptional. The hotel facilities, including the two large pools and beautiful views, were outstanding. We also appreciated the 24/7 accessibility of the pools and beach. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing helpful suggestions and excellent service. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, and the room service options were great, with 24/7 availability. We also had a fantastic spa experience, with a circuit included before our massage.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The serenity level room was fantastic, giving us our own private service to make arrangements for us. Gaby, our service provider, was excellent. She made reservations and even decorated the room for our anniversary. The ocean front room had a huge balcony and building 4 provided a very private and relaxing atmosphere. We also loved the private pool and the exclusive areas and restaurants for serenity suites. The pool service was top-notch and we had the best 4th of July celebration ever!
