I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and amazing outdoor onsen that provided a unique and relaxing experience. The location was perfect, right next to the ski runs and various lifts and gondolas, making it convenient for skiing enthusiasts like myself. The hotel even had a ski valet service and a gym. The staff were friendly and spoke English fluently, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle bus, which made it easy for me to travel to different areas.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the cable car station, offering easy access to the gondola and adventure activities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The cleanliness of the hotel and facilities was outstanding. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient transportation options, including a shuttle to nearby Kutchan station.
