The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The complimentary airport shuttle, running every 45 minutes, made transportation to and from the airport convenient. The location was ideal, with a short drive to the airport and a short walk to the Blue Line train station that runs all night. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Everything was fantastic.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when we had a hit and run incident on the highway. They called the police and arranged everything for us. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro station and a free shuttle to the airport. We also appreciated the convenient parking.

The hotel had clean rooms with comfortable beds and a great TV. The shower in the bathroom was nice and the mini-refrigerator was convenient. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast I received, even though it wasn't part of my package. The workout room was also a nice facility to have.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were excellent, providing exceptional service. We loved the convenience of being able to park our car and have the shuttle pick us up. The hotel's location was perfect for us - within walking distance to the CTA blue line, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered standard but good options. The fact that parking was included at no extra cost was a definite plus compared to other hotels. If we have the chance to visit again, we will definitely consider staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with everything being fresh and neat. The hotel facilities were great, including free parking and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff working in the hotel were extremely helpful and kind. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a good shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as being within walking distance to an innercity train station. This made it very convenient for us to take day trips to downtown and explore the city.
