We loved the convenience of this hotel's location as it was within walking distance to everything you need. The hotel was clean and tidy, and we especially enjoyed the fact that it had a pool. Additionally, the hotel provided free parking, which was a great perk as we didn't have to worry about finding a parking space in downtown. The staff was also nice and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. its location was unbeatable. It was super close to everything in this city, which meant I could easily visit all the attractions without having to fight traffic or find a parking space. The hotel's proximity to The Village shops and Ripley's Aquarium was a major plus. Moreover, there was a nice path that took me across the street to the village, making it even more convenient. Secondly, the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The room was large and didn't have carpet, which I really appreciated. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. Lastly, the hotel facilities were great. I loved the patio that opened up to the pool, and sitting by the creek was a delightful experience. The firepit area was also a nice touch, although the weather was quite hot during my stay.

We loved how this hotel was right in downtown Gatlinburg, making it super convenient to walk to all the shops and attractions. The room was larger than expected and had everything we needed, including a coffee maker and small fridge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the extra touches like the bench at the end of the bed and the chair with a pull-out footstool. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and approachable, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location and amenities were top-notch!
