I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were superb, spacious, and well cleaned. The location was perfect for exploring the city center. The breakfast options were great, with a choice of continental and cooked options, all of which were delicious. The hotel facilities were also excellent, with a comfortable bar area and helpful staff throughout my stay. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Hard to think of anything negative.
The interior was stunning, from the reception to the room. It was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel had a mini drinks and snack bar in the room, as well as a selection of wines. The room service menu was extensive with plenty of options. The hotel provided me with four coffees and four croissants when requested, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious and modern, and the hotel was always warm, which was great considering how cold it was in this city. The bathrooms were amazing, and the hotel even provided a cot for my 2-month-old baby free of charge. The location was also ideal, being near a lively area and close to the main shopping area. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

We loved the incredible bath, it was worth coming back for! The shower was also fantastic, with a spacious walk-in design and a rainfall head. The toiletries smelled absolutely gorgeous. The staff were all friendly and helpful, from the bar and reception staff to the housekeeping team. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Albert docks and Liverpool One.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities provided were top-notch. We especially appreciated the convenience of parking and the transportation options available. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, parking, transportation, and the helpfulness of the staff.
