The reception team was genuinely lovely and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of tourist sights, restaurants, and bars.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Centre of this city. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location in the Centre with Liverpool One just meters away, and the helpful staff. There was nothing we didn't like.
This hotel is located right in the centre of the city, with easy access to all the main attractions. We were able to walk to the Albert Dock, waterfront, ferry, cathedrals, World Museum. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms and pleasing decor. The staff were incredibly helpful and dealt with any issues immediately. The secure parking on site was a bonus for us, as we had a car. the location, cleanliness, facilities, and staff made our stay here excellent.
Nothing to complain about at all.
We loved the spacious apartment with its comfortable sofas and nice TV. The kitchen had good cooking facilities and the bathroom was well appointed with a powerful shower and provided toiletries. The location was fantastic, right near everything in the Centre of this city, with plenty of stuff around. The hotel facilities were great, and we got all of this for the price of a standard 3-star hotel.
Nothing to dislike.
Great location for shopping and nightlife, walking distance from train stations.
