We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and understanding when our initial room had a smell of humidity and cigarette. They quickly upgraded us to a new and beautiful room. The pool at this hotel had a fantastic view and was a great place to relax, with nice shade and a comfortable water temperature. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious and provided a great start to the day. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the MTR station, making it convenient to explore the city.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Causeway Bay. The best aspects were the friendly staff, who were very helpful and even surprised my son with a birthday cake. The location was also a major plus, as it was very close to the Tin Hau MTR station, tram, and bus stops, making transportation around the city very convenient. Additionally, the hotel overlooked Victoria Park and the harbor, providing stunning views. The cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of options available for breakfast were also impressive.
The worst aspect was that the hotel was not obvious to find.
The hotel's location next to a metro station provided great transportation links, allowing me to easily explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
