I had an amazing stay at this hotel connected to a shopping center, which made it convenient for me to shop and walk around. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I made full use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The staff provided exceptional customer service, storing our luggage and allowing us to use the facilities even after checking out.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Central Mong Kok area. It was easy to find for taxi or Uber drivers, and the hotel even provided a shuttle service to nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were well-maintained. We especially loved the convenience of having a shopping mall and cinema right next to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Nothing not too like.
The hotel's location is excellent, right on top of the Mong kok east station, making it super convenient to travel around the city. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities is top-notch, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's buffet at the la scala restaurant is a must-try, offering delicious food options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel like VIPs. They surprised us with a birthday cake for our son and decorated our bed with flower petals for our anniversary. The hotel has two swimming pools which our kids loved, and it is located near the MOKO mall, MTR, and local markets. They even offer a free shuttle service. The hotel gave us a HK$50 credit for not requesting amenities replenishment, which we used at their restaurants for delicious buffets. We are especially grateful to Steven Chu, the duty manager, who went above and beyond to help us when our daughter needed to go to the hospital. He provided all the necessary information, organized an ambulance, and even personally saw us off when we departed. Thank you, Steven, for your exceptional service!
