The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to check in early and were always available to help with any issues. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff stopped by every day to ensure everything was tidy. The hotel facilities were great, especially the amazing pool. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop nearby and some nice restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, being close to downtown was a huge plus.
Hard to think of anything negative.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff truly went above and beyond, considering the limited resources they had to work with. They were the highlight of our experience, making us feel welcome and going out of their way to accommodate our needs. We especially loved the friendly guy who cooked us delicious crawfish rolls, chauffeured us around, and even made a liquor run for us. Despite the small TV and smoky room, he made watching the big game enjoyable.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
The hotel staff at this city hotel were fantastic! They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, despite the A/C issues. The location was perfect, in close proximity to the French Market. I could easily walk to the French Quarter and then conveniently Uber or take a cab back for only $10. The parking situation was hassle-free, with no sketchy incidents. Additionally, the hotel facilities were undergoing renovations, but it never posed any inconvenience.
