I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, and I loved waking up to the beautiful scenery every morning. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I felt very safe during my stay. The location was perfect, as it was close to restaurants and attractions, and the V and A area was only a short walk away. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and made me feel like part of the family. I especially want to mention Trevor, the butler, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The buffet breakfast was also delicious and had a great selection of food.

The view of the ocean from my suite was breathtaking. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and clean ambiance. The rooms were a generous size and had a great view of the marina, the V&A Waterfront area, and Table Mountain. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and the complimentary bus to the shopping mall was a convenient touch.

On my 2 month trip, I stayed at this hotel and I can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. The hotel is clean, and the staff is professional, proactive, and polite. They made me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a breathtaking spa and a great room service. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on the waterfront near the mall and with easy access to the pier. I enjoyed taking walks and admiring the beautiful ocean view. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
I had an incredible stay at this hotel.
The staff here are top-notch - from the diligent lady who checked me in, to the helpful bellhops, and the friendly young lady who took care of the mini bar.
The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the hot pool and spa facilities were incredibly relaxing.
The buffet breakfast had a great variety of choices, and the service was simply amazing.
The location of the hotel is ideal, just a short distance from the V & A Waterfront, making it convenient for exploring this city.
