From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcomed and at ease. The service was exceptional and they went out of their way to make my stay special. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action and within walking distance to the waterfront. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and comfortable rooms that had everything I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I felt safe and secure during my entire stay. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were always on hand to help with any queries or requests. this hotel provided an amazing experience at a great price.
Absolutely nothing.
The location was amazing, just a minute's walk to the waterfront and in a very safe area. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I loved the arrival drink and wine in my room. I also had a room with a mountain facing window, offering great views. The breakfast had a lot of choices and everything was really good.

The location is perfect, as it is within walking distance of the mall and close to shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities are top-notch, and everything is kept clean and well-maintained. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were given a warm welcome upon arrival and even received a personalized card and bottle of wine in our upgraded room on the 5th floor. the hotel's location and friendly staff were the best aspects of our stay.

The view from the room and rooftop was brilliant, and the rooms themselves were trendy, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel facilities included games in the lobby area, adding to the fun atmosphere. The location to the waterfront was perfect as I could comfortably walk to the V&A area, which had a great selection of shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and efficient, making my stay even more enjoyable.
