We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-looked-after interiors and new carpets. The hotel facilities were great, including a reading/sitting lounge that offered a stunning view of the Piazza. The location was unbeatable, right beside the Uffizi and the Palazzo Vecchio, and only a couple of minutes walk to other major sights like Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, and the Boboli Gardens. The staff was incredibly accommodating and provided us with lots of helpful information. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.
