I loved the professionalism of the staff and their willingness to help. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spa and pool. The bar food was delicious, and I enjoyed relaxing in the various comfortable seating areas. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to Chester City centre and also convenient for my visit to the Wirral the next day.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
The room was large and spacious with a separate bath and shower. The bed was comfy and we even had the option to request fresh milk for our coffee. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed great value for the money we paid, which was even less than the average premier Inn. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and our room was nice and cosy. We loved the welcome treats for our dog and the green outdoor spaces, perfect for walks. The garden and terrace were absolutely wonderful, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying a meal. The spa and pool were very nice, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food, especially the breakfast, was excellent. we highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Nothing not to love.
The hotel had a great feel to it, with beautiful grounds for a stroll. I even had the pleasure of being greeted by a Scottish Piper upon arrival. The cleanliness of this place was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The staff, particularly Ramy, checked in on me multiple times to make sure everything was going well. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from all the attractions in the area. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the restaurant, and the staff there were very friendly and accommodating.

The best aspects were the cleanliness, friendly and efficient staff, and the easy access to Chester town centre. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the leisure facilities and the delicious breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently close to amenities and located in a peaceful location but very handy for visiting nearby places. The breakfast provided was satisfying, and the staff were well-trained and helpful.
