The hotel had the biggest bed I've ever seen, and the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast options were outstanding, with a self-service buffet display and cooked food ordered and served separately. The location was central and convenient.

We loved the central location of the hotel, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to step out of the door and be surrounded by shops, restaurants, and attractions. The valet parking service next door made it easy for us to explore the city without worrying about our car. The breakfast delivered to our room was delicious and the presentation in the basket was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

Cleanliness and hotel facilities were exceptional. The hotel had a wide range of amenities, including a spa, which provided excellent massages and facials. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a hot, powerful shower. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to other similar grade hotels we have used in the UK and Europe. The staff were very attentive and made our stay memorable.
