We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The pool was super nice, and the view of the koi pond was enjoyable. The location was perfect, as it was near the ocean and close to the parks for adventure. It also provided quick access to Akaka/Rainbow Falls and the Volcano National Park. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, right across the street from both the beautiful ice pond and the bay. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a nice pool, free paddle boards, and bikes for guests to use. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the fact that the hotel provided free parking. The location was also convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance. It was the perfect place for families, with comfortable beds, a small workout room, and a water bottle refill station.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was lovely, and their extra small touches were much appreciated. The lobby, pool area, and sitting areas were beautiful, and I loved the stunning view of the bay out front. The hotel facilities were impressive, with complementary coffee, tea, filtered water, and even kombucha in the lobby. Checking in and out was a smooth process, and I found the rooms to be clean and adequate, with comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the convenience of having free bikes and paddle boards available for guests. The location was great, with downtown and beach parks within walking distance.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was superb, as it was close to the Japanese garden, Coconut Island, and Reeds Bay Beach Park. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the amenities provided were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable 24-hour lounge room and the complimentary bike and paddle board rentals. The hotel's commitment to the local community and the environment was evident through their cultural events and support for Hawaiian culture. The layout of the hotel was well-designed, and I loved the peaceful koi pond and the nice pool area. The lobby was open and welcoming, and the staff, especially Priscilla, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. it was a gem of a hotel that I would love to return to.

We loved the inviting lobby, with its cozy atmosphere and kombucha on tap. The landscaping was beautiful, creating a peaceful and serene ambiance. The pool area was enjoyable, providing a relaxing spot to unwind. The rooms, although on the smaller side, were clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom may have been basic, but it served its purpose. We were pleasantly surprised by the absence of insects throughout our stay. this hotel offered good value for the dollar.
