I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with beautiful views over the bay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony facing the ocean was a lovely touch. The hotel facilities, including the large pool, were impressive. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the delicious breakfast offered at the restaurant. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

The lovely view from the balcony, perfect location for walking to nearby attractions, friendly front desk, good room size, comfy bed, nice open-air lobby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The ocean view from our room was breathtaking, with a beautiful bay, city, and ocean scenery. The hotel provided free parking, making it convenient for us to explore the area. We were thrilled to discover a bridge to Coconut Island, where we could enjoy a tiny beach and even swim or dive from the man-made platform. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was just a 30-minute drive to visit the Volcano National Park.

Can't fault anything about it.

The view from our room was breathtaking, with a clear sight of the water, Coconut Island Park, and the magnificent mountain. We even spotted a turtle right in front of our room! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary parking space. The hotel's location was excellent, being close to Hilo Bay Cafe and conveniently situated for exploring this city. The staff's dedication to providing exceptional customer service was evident, and we were even given a reusable water bottle with refills available in the lobby.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
