We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, perfect for our group of adults and a child. The full kitchen was a great convenience, allowing us to prepare our own meals with ingredients from nearby shops. The location is ideal, with Walnut Street shops and restaurants just a couple of blocks away. We were also within walking distance of Carnegie Mellon and the Heinz Chapel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, providing us with an early check-in and a complimentary upgrade to a larger suite.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from restaurants and shopping areas on Walnut St. Additionally, the complimentary shuttle service provided easy transportation within a 3-mile radius and the caring shuttle drivers made the experience even better. this hotel provided everything we needed for a short getaway in this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, allowing us to park in their lot and even offering to refrigerate some items for us. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was satisfactorily stocked. The location was perfect, as it was very close to Chatham University as well as Pitt and Carnegie Mellon. It was also conveniently located on Kentucky Ave, just a few minutes away from the nice little shopping area of Shadyside where we could easily get coffee and breakfast.

The hotel also provided transportation to and from the University of Pittsburgh graduation ceremonies and to the front door of nearby restaurants. The parking facilities were convenient, and we appreciated having breakfast options available.
