I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the gym facility was top-notch. The location was very convenient, being close to the main attractions like the Petronas Towers and the Pavillon shopping centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.

Close to everything you need in KL, with easy access to the city center and within walking distance to shopping malls. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a spacious and well-organized room with a comfortable bed. The staff went above and beyond in providing friendly and helpful service. The breakfast options were delicious and varied.
Couldn't stay longer.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to the city attractions such as the PETRONAS towers. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the Horizon Club lounge which was worth paying the extra for. It was a great place for our daughter to spend time while we enjoyed some private moments. The staff was extremely helpful, from the info desk to the attentive security guards who made us feel safe throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and the hotel provided easy access to transportation, including the mono rail and nearby train stations. We were especially impressed with Zie, the Horizon Club Manager, who always made herself available for a friendly chat and took excellent care of us. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
