We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and only a short distance to downtown. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sarah from the front desk for going above and beyond to assist us. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel.
It was all superb.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was well-furnished with a big TV and a clean, new carpet. The bedspread was also clean and comfortable, with plenty of down comforters and pillows. The bathroom was spacious and we loved the Club lounge level. The staff, particularly Miss Sonia and Sarah Marie, took great care of us, offering a variety of delicious complimentary snacks and drinks, including fruits, cheeses. The Club lounge also had two computers with printers for guests to use. The staff was incredibly attentive, even bringing us soda or water while we worked. We were amazed at how much they cared about making us comfortable. the service was outstanding and made us consider becoming Sheraton customers for future stays.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with all areas spotless and well-maintained. The Executive Suite we stayed in was luxurious and comfortable, with up-to-date décor that felt homey. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the gym, which was well-equipped. The staff were the highlight of our stay, from the friendly and welcoming attitude of the entry staff to the helpful and accommodating nature of the maid. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, and the staff at the Draft Media sports bar and restaurant were attentive and friendly.
