We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff, particularly Nicholas, were incredibly helpful. Our room had a beautiful view of the old fort and the bay, and we loved relaxing on the balcony in the rocking chairs. The suite was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and the excellent continental breakfast at the main office. The hotel's location in the colonial old town was perfect, with shops galore within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking right across the street in the visitor parking garage, and the hop-on-off trolley stop was conveniently located right there as well.
Nothing bad to say, everything was perfect.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, even calling us before our arrival to give us check-in instructions. The room was always clean and serviced as requested, with fresh towels and trash removal. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We loved the stunning view of the Castillo de San Marcos from our balcony, where we could watch the breathtaking sunrise each morning. The hotel's breakfast was delicious and conveniently available until 11am, allowing us to relax and not feel rushed. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything, with the famous fort just across the street. The staff went above and beyond, parking our car and bringing our belongings to our room. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the front and back patios offered great views. This hotel is welcoming to families, couples, and even pets!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredible and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was right off the main road. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient and hassle-free. The breakfast provided was delicious and served in a lovely setting. the staff, location, cleanliness, and hotel facilities made my stay here absolutely fantastic.

The location was excellent, right at the edge of the historic district, allowing us to easily walk to everything in this beautiful city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenience of parking and the fact that this quiet location was still close to all the attractions. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the staff members were always friendly and helpful.
