We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room met our expectations with its cleanliness and amenities such as two queen beds, a bathroom/shower, small fridge, and window. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient for us as it provided easy access to transportation, particularly tour buses. The hotel also had ample parking available, which was a plus for us.

I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the neatness of the facilities. The hot tub was especially comfortable, and I was pleased to find a small workout room available for use. The location of the hotel was excellent as well, situated in a quiet area yet still conveniently close to many restaurants and easily accessible from the highway. It was the perfect base for exploring this city.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Rapid City and there were a few positive aspects that stood out to me. First, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The bathroom towels were clean, white, and fluffy, and the tile floor, bathtub. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process was simple and fast, making it convenient for me. The staff was also friendly, which made my stay more enjoyable. Lastly, the location of the hotel was great as it was close to the Black Hills H-D dealership, which was perfect for me as I was on a guided motorcycle tour of Sturgis and The Black Hills.
One thing that I found frustrating about my stay was that it was not obvious to find the contact information for the hotel. I was charged an additional amount of over 50 dollars, which was unexpected and not agreed upon during check-in.
