I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was always clean and had a nice balcony with a whirlpool and wonderful views. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the reception team. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the personal beach beds and the option to leave the door open at night for fresh air and the sound of the waves. The location was perfect for our vow renewal and offered a remarkable setting in a less crowded and more fabulous destination.

The cleanliness was outstanding, with the staff constantly keeping the hotel and beach area clean and impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool area and direct access to the beach. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of great restaurants and with the option to explore the cultural sites of the area, including the ruins in Tulum. The breakfast included in the room rate was fabulous, with a variety of delicious options. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, location, and breakfast made my stay unforgettable.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in mid-October. The Superior room with the rooftop tub and deck was absolutely amazing. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, including Silvinia, Elizabeth, Arana, and Santiago, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was extensive and very tasty.

The location was perfect, with all rooms having an ocean view and mine being just steps away from the water. The two restaurants on-site, Frescos and Ziggys, served delicious meals and provided a great dining experience. The hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail, such as providing refilled water bottles and beach towels, made my stay even more enjoyable.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
