The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Both the bath and shower were spacious too. The staff were pleasant and always ready to help. The hotel is conveniently located next to the bus station and within walking distance to the main attractions in the city centre. The breakfast offered a wide range of options and was delicious.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring all parts of the city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly pleasant, helpful, and made me feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable. I also loved the little extra details, like the dimmed lights and classical music playing when I first entered the room. The bathroom was lovely, with a nice touch of having matches for a relaxing soak after a long day of walking. The breakfast had a great variety and was absolutely delicious. The hotel's central location was perfect, as it was easily accessible to the city's main attractions, including Victoria Square and other amenities.
