We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the executive double room we stayed in was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was great. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner at the onsite bistro. The location was ideal, as we were able to explore the nearby Stormont Park, which was just across the road. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpful staff made our stay truly enjoyable.

The room was very comfortable and well-appointed, with a particularly good bathroom and shower. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a wonderful lounge area and very comfortable bedrooms. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and near the front area where we had afternoon tea booked. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Angela, who provided outstanding customer service while serving us drinks on Sunday night.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly pleasant and made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. The room was spacious, well laid out, and exceptionally clean. The massive bed and bathroom with a walk-in shower were a pleasant surprise. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including great air conditioning and a beautifully decorated bar area. The bar staff were well-mannered and I never had to wait too long to be served. The location was convenient, just a few minutes away from General Merchants, a great place to grab a bite. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, staff, and location were the best aspects of my stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The bed and bed clothes were absolutely luxurious, providing a real treat for me and my partner. The hotel even arranged for a red rose to be placed in the room upon our arrival, showing utmost care and consideration. The staff treated us as valued guests, offering complimentary toothbrushes and tea with biscuits when we arrived early for check-in. The proximity to the Stormont Castle and parklands was lovely, and the hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was delicious, with bacon that tasted like gammon. The bar staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. I was very happy with this hotel.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
Convenient location with easy access to Belfast City Centre and the airport. Beautiful grounds across the road for relaxing walks. Cleanliness and comfortable beds in the hotel rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
