The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to park our car for free and bringing our bags up to the room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the important attractions in Niagara Falls. The breakfast provided was great, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

We were pleasantly surprised with the full breakfast provided at the hotel. It exceeded our expectations with a selection of hot and cold options, fresh fruits, delicious breads, and pastries. We were also impressed that breakfast was brought to our room at a time of our choosing. The view of Niagara Falls from the Skyview room lounge on the 19th floor was absolutely incredible. It was the perfect spot to admire the beauty of the falls.
