I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, from the valet parkers to the front desk. The hotel offerings were a pleasant surprise, with drinks and cookies in the lobby. The room was spacious and had a separate living room with its own TV. The hotel was also very clean, including the room and bathroom. The location was perfect, near the airport and with nice restaurants in the area. It was right in the center of everything, providing great views of the city. I was lucky to find free parking in a ramp at Mohawk St. The hotel also had a free shuttle to and from the venue, making transportation easy. The breakfast was delicious and the staff, including the breakfast greeters, waitress, and omelette maker, were all wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly customer-oriented, pleasant, friendly, and helpful. They provided us with exact directions to our show and even gave us complimentary bottles of water when we asked. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and there was very little street noise audible, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we loved the beautiful views from our corner room. The location was perfect, especially for attending events downtown and exploring the local arts and culture destinations. The food at the restaurant was incredible, and the staff there, as well as the concierge, were all friendly and helpful. this was by far the best hotel we have stayed at recently, and we will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a concert in town and I had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. I felt comfortable and safe with the security measures in place, such as key card access to the elevator and doors. Additionally, the location was perfect, within walking distance to the First Niagara Center. This made attending the concert a breeze. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would happily stay here again in the future.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to my every need. The hotel is located in a great location minutes from everything that is downtown. I was able to easily explore the local arts and culture destinations. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also loved the layout of the room, the artwork, and the view from the higher floor. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the restaurant and the bar. The chef prepared a delicious dish for me and the bar tender made sure I had a wonderful dining experience. the staff, cleanliness, and location were the best aspects of my stay.
