I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Buffalo. The staff was incredibly attentive, helpful, and cheerful throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to assist with restaurant suggestions, reservations, and even provided shuttle service. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient, especially for those visiting the Buffalo General Hospital. The shuttle service offered by the hotel was a great feature, making it easy to get around the city. the staff and hotel facilities made my stay enjoyable and stress-free.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. My room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff was readily available to assist. They even went above and beyond by driving me to retrieve my lost credit card from a nearby restaurant. The hotel also offered a convenient free shuttle service within a mile radius, and they even suggested driving me when it was chilly outside. Parking was a breeze, as there were plenty of metered street parking spots nearby, and I could easily pay through the city's parking app from the comfort of my room. The breakfast provided was delicious and included in the price. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking options, transportation services, and helpful staff made my stay exceptional.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect for my needs as it was close to downtown Buffalo. Additionally, the hotel was situated on a quiet hospital block, but still convenient to the vibrant Allentown and Elmwood Village strips. It was also just a short walk to the birthplace of Buffalo Wings. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast they offered. the best aspect of my stay was the attentive and accommodating staff.

The room was clean with a modern feel and the mattress on the bed was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle service which was a great help for transportation.
