The Riverside in Kendal offers a fantastic experience. From the moment I booked, the service I received was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, from check-in to check-out. The hotel's location right on the riverside was perfect, allowing me to enjoy beautiful views throughout my stay. The Bellingham Suite was a treat, with its spacious layout, four-poster bed, and luxurious bathroom featuring a double walk-in shower and stand-alone bath. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff was always polite and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with quality ingredients and friendly service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, tidy, and overlooked the river, providing stunning views. The hotel facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were a great bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly David, who made my experience during breakfast and dinner absolutely fantastic. The location of the hotel was also ideal, right in the town center and with convenient parking.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room and the extra amenities provided. There were tea and coffee facilities that were replenished daily, as well as an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and toiletries in the bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and polite. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and within easy walking distance of the town center, which has plenty of pubs, shops, and live music venues. The room had a lovely view of the river and was impressively clean.
