We loved the convenient location, just a short walk from Gloucester Road tube station and close to popular attractions such as the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and V and A. The hotel had a variety of room sizes to choose from, catering to different needs. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. The friendly and helpful staff added to the positive experience.
Everything great.
Convenient location near Gloucester tube station and within walking distance of Earls Court
Comfortable and clean room with adequate space. Friendly and welcoming staff.- Good range of food provided for continental breakfast
Nothing at all.
The room was spacious and had good natural light, despite being at basement level. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, with plenty of seating and food replenished regularly. The location of the hotel was ideal - just a 10-minute walk to the museums and a 20-minute walk to Harrods or the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel itself had quirky styling and a modern en suite. The rooms at the back of the property were quiet and even had a private deck or balcony. The transportation options were excellent, with easy access to the subway to get to the west end in just 10-15 minutes.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
