We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room view was spectacular, overlooking the city. The staff were all a pleasure to communicate with, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, were an added bonus. The location was perfect, with the subway station just 2 minutes away and all attractions in the city easily accessible. The breakfast provided was great, offering a reasonable buffet with a pancake machine that made pancakes on demand. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and filling, with fresh and tasty fruits. The staff, especially Marta, were exceptional, making me feel special and providing attentive service. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and even upgraded us to an executive room for free. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently near the Southwark business district and just a short walk from the tube station. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a swimming pool which we pre-booked and the Jamboree restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable.
