The room was recently renovated and very clean, with nice decorations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options like bus, tube, and train stations. It was also within walking distance to popular tourist destinations like Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. The hotel had a hot water percolator and provided tea and instant coffee in the room.

The location was excellent, close to the coach station and attractions like the London Eye and Big Ben. The staff were friendly and made us a breakfast package even though we left early. There were also several restaurants nearby.

The location of this hotel was superb, with both Victoria and Pimlico stations just a short walk away. There were also corner shops and pubs nearby, making it convenient for any necessities or leisure activities. I found the street to be fairly quiet for a central London area, which was a nice surprise. The staff, particularly Julien on reception, were extremely polite and accommodating. I felt that this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to the city.
