The location for all of the 5-star reviews online - so close to shopping and great bars and restaurants. Cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. They provided convenient parking and easy transportation options. The location in a very nice and calm area close to Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and Kensington was perfect for exploring the surrounding Belgravia. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area but still close to everything we wanted to visit. We were able to easily explore Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, and Hyde Park. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and comfortable room, a pleasant lobby, and beautiful outdoor aesthetics. The complimentary minibar and turn-down service were delightful touches. The hotel's restaurant, il Pampero, offered a fantastic breakfast and we also found great restaurants nearby. the cleanliness, convenient parking and transportation options, as well as the helpful staff, made our stay truly memorable.
