We loved the beautiful and well-appointed room, with plenty of hooks and open storage. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to all the local attractions. The balcony offered a great view, and we appreciated the water bottle filler in the lobby.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, with the hotel being within walking distance to both the falls and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and informative, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel, despite ongoing remodeling, was impressive. The chic and modern decor, both inside and outside, gave the hotel a sleek and clean look. We loved the platform beds with storage underneath, the large TV that could be adjusted, and the balcony. The hotel also had a great selection of drinks available for purchase in the lobby, as well as convenient amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine in the room. The staff always greeted us with a friendly hello or good morning.

The hotel's location in a safe area near Niagara Falls was incredibly convenient. I could easily walk to the falls, as well as to various food options and shopping areas. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were modern and stylish, including the beautiful rainfall shower and spa tub in my suite. Parking was also provided for free, which was a great convenience.
